Jane McCarry is a BAFTA Scotland award-winning actress.
She is best known for her TV roles as Isa Drennan in the BBC Scotland sitcom 'Still Game' and as Granny Murray in the BBC CBeebies show 'Me Too!'.
Jane graduated from QMU in 1992 with a Diploma in Drama (Acting Studies). She returned to QMU and obtained a BA Acting in 1999.
Jane was awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of her contribution to Scotland's cultural life by QMU in July 2022. Watch Jane entertain the Class of 2022 at the graduation ceremony with her comedy banter.
