Are you looking for a cost-effective venue for a meeting or event? Do you regularly arrange conferences and events? Then Queen Margaret University could be the venue you’re looking for.
We have an extensive variety of spaces available for hire covering everything from state-of-the-art lecture theatres to clinical labs and drama studios. We deliver a great service at very competitive prices and previous clients have included the Scottish Government, East Lothian Council, the Scotsman, British Psychological Society, the British and Irish Ombudsman Association, just to name a few.
From small meetings or training workshops, up to large international conferences attracting up to 250 delegates, we offer a flexible, professional conferences and events service. Whatever your event or conference needs, you can be confident that it will be professionally handled from beginning through to end by our experienced team.
Outside term times (May, June and August), we can also offer accommodation depending on availability. From September to May, we have negotiated competitive delegate rates with local and Edinburgh hotels.
The QMU Conferences & Events Team are accredited with the Customer Service Excellence standard (CSE). They are also current members of Green Meetings, the standard for sustainable meetings and events.
