Here at Queen Margaret University we understand that the way meetings and events take place has evolved in recent years. Many are now looking toward the virtual world to fulfil their event requirements. That's why we have been working hard behind the scenes to develop a process whereby we can support you and all your virtual event requirements.
From small meetings or training workshops, up to large international conferences, we offer a flexible, professional online conference and events service. Whatever your event or conference requirements, you can be confident that it will be professionally handled from beginning to end by our experienced team.
QMU Virtual Events
The event streamed service we provide is brought to you through Microsoft Teams. It is available to anyone within or outwith your organisation meaning you can use the streamed service to host small, medium or large scale events.
Our experienced events and media teams will be with you throughout your event planning and during event delivery to ensure your event runs smoothly. In addition to providing you with an online event streamed service our events team can help with website creation, delegate registration and a host of other support to ensure the process is as stress free as possible for you.
Our in-house streamed service is provided by Microsoft Teams, if you wish to use a different platform or streamed service, we can work with external partners to support this. Prices for this will be provided after an initial consultation on your specific requirements.
