Smartcard Overview

Your QMU Smartcard can be used on campus for ID, printing and photocopying, to record your attendance and access to the gym and car park.

In order to receive your new student smartcard, please follow the following link and upload a photo: SmartCard Photo | Queen Margaret University (qmu.ac.uk)

Distance Learning Students

If you are a student studying by Distance Learning you can request to receive a smartcard once you have matriculated by uploading your photo. 

Replacement Cards

If your card has expired or been lost or stolen, please email registry@qmu.ac.uk
