Marion Scott (BA) is a Lecturer in the Media, Communication and Performing Arts Division.

Marion worked in the brewing industry for ten years before following her dream to go to drama college. After graduating from Queen Margaret University in 1994 she worked in theatre and theatre-in-education before returning to Queen Margaret University in 1996 as a Visiting Lecturer in Voice. Marion is now the Lecturer in Vocal Studies working on both the BA (Hons) Acting for Stage and Screen course run with Napier University and on the BA (Hons) Drama and Performance course.
In addition to working part-time at QMU putting students through their paces, Marion can be found combining her voice knowledge and business skills to coach and mentor people from a wide range of businesses and backgrounds. She has been running her own voice and presence company, Make Yourself Heard, for over 15 years.
