Pinescope Video offer video production and marketing services for the arts, culture and creative sectors.
Originally a general video production company, Pinescope emerged in 2017 as joint venture between QMU graduates Bob Winton and Yoana Nedkova. As the company developed, it became clear that the media needs of arts and culture sector clients varied drastically from that of the commercial sector. The decision was then made to best serve our clients by specialising in these niche areas.
Some of our previous clients include, Creative Scotland, Wellbeing Economy Alliance, The Walter Scott Prize, Glasgow School of Art, The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, North Edinburgh Arts, WHALE Arts.
"Having graduated with a degree in Film & Media and a hope to work in a creative role, it became clear that many film and TV jobs offered few freedoms. We opted to try our hand at developing our own business. Seven years later, we’re going stronger than ever."
QMU has been integral to the success of Pinescope Video. The security and peace of mind at the early stages allowed us to develop and take those leaps of faith with the confidence that there was support and advice there should we need it. As we grew, having access to networking, development opportunities and grants allowed us to lay firmer foundations and at quicker rate had we gone it alone.
